Reporting directly to the CWO (Chief Wellness Officer), the EA/PA provides executive and personal support in a one-on-one working relationship. They will be involved in every aspect of the Executive's business and personal life.

This individual is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. They are experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and are able to work independently with little or no supervision.


  • Completes a wide variety of administrative tasks for the CWO, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CWO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Works closely and effectively with the CWO to keep her well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Provide general support to visitors and contractors
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data and information
  • Run personal errands as requested
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or similar position
  • Reliable method of transportation with a valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs (Google Suite)
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
